I couldn’t agree more. Casino Royale is the best Bond movie I’ve ever seen. (Granted, I’ve never seen a pre-Brosnan James Bond flick, which will doubtlessly anger you Bond purists, but I just haven’t. The cheesy gadgetry and the overly suave womanizing have just never appealed to me.) If you’re looking for spiritual feedback about this film, I don’t really have any for you. It’s a thrill ride and it’s fun, but it’s not overflowing with deep meaning. (And I’m not about to give you a blow-by-blow account of the “bad elements ” of the film. For that, go to Screenit.com. It’s an action movie–you know what you’re getting.)
If you’re looking fun action film, check this one out. My wife and I plan to see it a second time later today!
