I once was a card-carrying evangelical conservative. But those days are gone.

I don’t really know what I am now. I’m a disciple—no allegiance to a particular denomination or mode of theology. I’m thoroughly convinced that there’s just too much about God and the universe and life that I don’t understand to feel good about pitching my tent in a single camp. So I roam from camp to camp, trying to see the good in whatever I find and hoping that God will meet me where I am.

This is unconventional, I know, but it’s genuine. I hope it’s good. It’s the best I’ve got!
